Delete your Fitis account
You can permanently delete your Fitis account and all associated data at any time. This page applies to the Fitis app on Google Play and the App Store, developed by Mesbah Software Technology.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open Fitis and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email (no app needed)
Send an email to abas0794@proton.me with the subject "Delete my Fitis account", from the email address you use to sign in (Google or Apple). If you used Apple's "Hide My Email", tell us that and we will help verify your account. We complete deletion within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, age, gender, height, weight, goals, avatar)
- Workout plans, sessions, sets, progress logs and body measurements
- Nutrition plans, meal, food and water logs
- Body-scan and progress photos, and all other photos you uploaded
- AI coach conversations, coach chats, community posts, comments, likes and follows
- Notification tokens, subscription and payment records stored by Fitis
What may be kept
Nothing is kept in our active database after deletion. Server backups containing your data are overwritten within 30 days. Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple are managed by them under their own policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
