Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Fitis app. By creating an account or using Fitis you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store.

1. Health disclaimer

Fitis provides general fitness and nutrition information, including AI-generated suggestions, for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or qualified trainer. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. AI output and calorie or body-scan estimates can be inaccurate. You use Fitis at your own risk.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fitis. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

3. Subscriptions

Fitis offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (VIP Monthly, VIP Annual, Dedicated Coach). Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the same price.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your Fitis account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Community & user content — zero tolerance

You are responsible for the posts, comments, photos and messages you share. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, spam, infringes others' rights, or shares someone else's private information.

You can report any post and block any user directly in the app.
We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and suspend or remove users who violate these rules.
By posting, you grant Fitis a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app. You can delete your content at any time.

5. Coaches

Human coaches on Fitis are independent. Their advice is subject to the same health disclaimer above.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with servers, or using Fitis for unlawful purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Fitis and delete your account at any time.

8. Liability

Fitis is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries resulting from exercises or diets you choose to follow.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
